With over 20 years of experience as a Health Promotion Practitioner and a background as a registered nurse, Stacey Podmore is dedicated to helping you achieve your best health through lifestyle medicine and health coaching.
Stacey’s journey began at age 15 when she faced chronic health concerns. Determined to find a better way, she immersed herself in the study and practice of lifestyle medicine, transforming her health and inspiring her career.
Stacey has a wealth of experience in creating evidence-based behavioural change programs that deliver proven results. Her expertise extends to working with schools, communities, and high-risk groups, teaching them how small, manageable changes can lead to significant health improvements.
In her recent work in addiction medicine, she discovered the powerful combination of motivational interviewing and lifestyle interventions, which further highlighted the transformative potential of Health Coaching.
